Very Good

Very close to the beach but not advisable to go for a swim. Spacious rooms. 5 minute drive to walking street.

Hot water wasn't working so the staff let us use the room opposite mine for a bath which was acceptable.

We enjoyied our stay

We like this Hotel, and Redsteps restaurant at the front is. Try good food and service. We have been here many times and we will come again.

This time the daytime front desk check in manager is very poor service. She is not welcoming to the guests. She got out the wrong booking for our stay, and was not interested when we told her this was wrong. She passed it on to one of her stay ti sort it out. When we checked out, she just showed me the amounts to pay for room drinks on the calculator. No itemized bill. She did give me the bill when I asked for it. It was wrong. She undercharge us, but I am honest person, and showed her the mistake, and I paid more for the additional drink. She did not even say than you for being honest. I recommend that you get rid of this day time front desk manager, she is spoiling your reputation. It was not just us, other guest complain too.

perfect place to stay with family and friend without breaking your bank

its' a beautiful hotel, have all the facilities that we need, good value for money, clean and the bed is comfortable plus the location is perfect. The restaurant won't bad either

Your place is very nice.. Near Beach, Alcazar, Central Marina, Teddy Bear Museum ... your place is clean, comfy, good, family room is good, facilities is good, toiletries is available, over all i love this hotel...next time if we come again to Pattaya.. i will come again to Sandalay Resort

The design was nice, we stayed at a family room for 4 which was cozy and clean, coming with a balcony. The pool was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly. We didn't like our stay in pattaya since we chose the wrong tour but Sandalay Resort made ud forget all and have a good rest.

My 4th or 5th stay at this place already.

My 4th or 5th stay at this place already. Same feedback, still awesome and a good value. Would keep coming back on my stay in Pattaya. My go-to holiday home. Staff is nice and friendly. Room has a cosy environment.

There were a few trails of ants in the room that didn’t really bother me but as soon as I opened a pack of sugar, they were all there. Could improve on room service menu with a little bit more variety from the menu downstairs. Hungarian soup me, still. It was lovely.

Wonderful Place !!

First, I like the room was decorated beautiful & colorful and wild also. Location near the beach you can just across the street. Staff very friendly and Helpful. Breakfast was great have many menues and delicious. Nice pool, I like the painting on the wall it suitable for take pictures.
